Bella’s Triplets Try the Slide—and the Older Goats Have Opinions!

# Bella’s Six-Day-Old Triplets Discover the Slide—and the Older Goats Have Opinions

“I think the babies just found the slide,” Katie said.

At six days old, Bella’s triplets were ready to explore beyond their familiar tires. Mario and Princess Peach had found the playground ladder, and Katie watched in surprise as they worked out how to climb it.

The most exciting part had already happened before she could film it. The babies had reached the top all by themselves and slid down twice.

“How dare I miss it,” Katie joked.

She believed the first trip had been captured for Snapchat, so fans might still have a chance to see it. In front of her camera, the kids were considering another ascent. That raised a new question: could they repeat their feat with an audience watching?

Princess Peach was near the ladder, occupying the route her brothers wanted to use. Katie laughed that blocking the way was “such a little sister move.” Mario was there with her, while Luigi needed an invitation to join the action.

“Luigi, come join your siblings,” she called.

The three had only recently started using their legs with confidence. Now those little legs were taking them up a ladder and into a game that drew attention from the rest of the herd.

## The Playground Attracts an Audience

Everybody seemed to notice the new activity. Katie watched older youngsters gather around the slide as Bella’s triplets explored.

Clover was particularly interested. Katie imagined her asking a pointed question: whose slide was this, exactly?

Katie urged the older girl to show the babies how it worked. Clover knew the equipment and could have offered a demonstration. Katie also appealed to Blossom and the other older girls, asking them to be helpful big sisters while the newborns tried to find their way up.

The invitation did not produce an orderly lesson. The babies began tussling at the bottom rather than heading up the ladder, while the larger goats moved into the very spaces the triplets wanted to investigate.

Katie narrated it as a playful struggle over territory.

The older girls had enjoyed being the youngsters on the farm. Now three smaller newcomers were drawing everyone’s attention and investigating favorite playground spots.

“I dare say I think they’re getting a little jealous,” Katie said.

That was her humorous interpretation of what she saw, not a certainty about the goats’ feelings. Their movements made for an entertaining scene: every time the triplets found a place to explore, an older goat seemed ready to stand there first.

Buttercup was one of the animals Katie addressed. “Let the babies up there,” she urged.

Clover also kept returning to the familiar slide. Katie watched her climb up, lie flat, and slide down again. It was apparently her favorite activity, even with three tiny spectators waiting nearby.

“She’s about to go,” Katie announced as another descent approached.

## Peach, the Ladder, and a Very Busy Mario

Princess Peach had already shown that she could be quick on the ground. Now she was helping make the ladder interesting, whether she was trying to climb it or standing exactly where someone else wanted to pass.

Katie kept calling the babies back toward the equipment, reminding them that they had managed it before. Their earlier climb was proof that the challenge was within reach, even if the audience of older goats made this attempt less straightforward.

Luigi, who had spent the previous days hopping onto tires, had another climbing opportunity in front of him. Katie invited him over as Mario and Peach investigated the ladder. She did not give a complete account of which baby reached the top on every attempt, so the clearest achievement remains the two slides she saw before filming.

Mario still had his own favorite destination: Bella.

When Katie looked for him later, he was nursing again. She teased him as the family’s devoted mama’s boy, still happiest close to his mother even while his siblings chased new adventures.

Bella was enjoying attention of her own, stopping for scratches while Katie kept an eye on the little ones. Katie jokingly asked whether she had noticed the older girls claiming the play spaces.

The scene was full of movement, teasing, and interruptions. A baby would approach the ladder, an older goat would occupy it, and another kid would head off in a different direction. There was no single performance to watch, only a growing group learning how to share its playground.

## Another Discovery Beyond the Slide

The triplets eventually found a spot beneath the little swing. Katie approved of their choice, then laughed as it seemed that an older goat wanted to claim that area, too.

Soon the babies made an even bigger discovery: they reached the front yard on their own.

“How’d you get up there so fast?” Katie asked.

Their speed impressed her. In the first five days, she felt, the newborns had mostly been getting their “sea legs.” On day six, they were ready to use those legs on everything they could find.

That shift made this feel like an adventure day. Mario and Peach had climbed a ladder for the first time. Together, the triplets investigated the swing and reached a new part of the yard on their own.

Katie could not predict which spot they would choose next. Even the slide was still full of possibilities, especially once its older regulars left room for the newcomers.

For now, Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach had accomplished something delightful: they had found another toy in their world. The older goats had complicated the triplets’ plans, and Clover had shown what a practiced slide ride looked like.

Katie ended by inviting followers to stay tuned. After a morning like this, the next adventure might begin as soon as one little goat spots somewhere new to climb.

**If you were watching the playground, who would you follow first: Princess Peach at the ladder, tire-climbing Luigi, or Mario checking back in with Bella?**
