Bella’s Little Girl Takes Her First Steps Outside—While Her Brothers Discover How to Hop
The little girl everyone had been encouraging finally decided to follow her brother.
After hanging back while Bella’s boys explored outside their stall, their tiny sister made her move. Katie watched closely, offering encouragement as the baby ventured forward.
“There you go,” she said. “Oh, sweet girl.”
It was a small achievement, but after watching the little one hesitate, the moment felt worth celebrating. Bella’s three babies were beginning to explore together, and there was already plenty to keep Katie entertained.
The boys were growing more adventurous. Their sister had her own priorities. Bella, meanwhile, was discovering what it meant to have three newborns competing for her attention.
And this was only day one.

The outing quickly became a collection of tiny firsts.
Katie watched the babies figuring out how to scratch themselves, finding even those little movements irresistible. One would pause for an itch while another investigated something nearby, looking suspiciously ready to get into trouble.
There was always somewhere else to look.
Then the boys began to hop.
“Oh, they’re learning to hop,” Katie exclaimed.
Their exploration was becoming more energetic, with little bursts of movement interrupting the quieter moments. One brother even hopped into the other’s camera frame, giving Katie another reason to laugh.
She jokingly asked what he intended to do about being interrupted. Would he join in? Was another little hop on the way?
For people following Bella’s pregnancy, these were the moments the long wait had been leading toward: three individual babies beginning to move around, investigate their surroundings, and give everyone new details to notice.
Their sister, however, did not seem particularly interested in matching her brothers’ enthusiasm.
After making her way out, she decided it was time for a snack.
Bella was close by, and Katie watched the babies return to their mother between their small adventures. She joked that Bella looked prepared to feed an army.
With three hungry newborns, there was certainly demand.
Katie also pointed out that this was the most babies Bella had ever had at once. Her previous experience as a mother now came with one more little mouth to feed and another baby to keep track of.
While enjoying the outing, Katie noticed something she wanted to follow up on.
The little girl’s front ankle appeared a bit wobbly to her.
Katie said she would keep an eye on it and text her veterinarian to ask whether anything needed to be done. Later, she gently felt the baby’s feet and said they seemed similar to each other.
She wondered aloud whether the little girl might simply be a little weak, but that was a possibility she was considering, rather than a confirmed explanation.
The update did not include a veterinary response or diagnosis. Katie’s stated plan was to watch closely, seek advice, and make sure Bella was allowing her daughter to eat.
That observation became part of the care surrounding the outing. Alongside the laughter and admiration, Katie was paying attention to how each baby moved and fed.
The little girl soon found another place to settle.
Katie spotted her tucked underneath Bella and jokingly asked whether she was hiding from her “stinky brothers.” With the boys still moving around, their sister appeared ready for a nap.
Her tiny foot caught Katie’s attention as she rested.
Eventually, Katie decided that if the baby wanted to lie down, she might as well have a comfortable place in her lap.
“We can just let brothers be wild, right?” she said.
It made an affectionate scene: the boys continuing their exploration while their little sister spent a quieter moment with Katie.
The arrangement lasted until the baby decided she was ready to get down again.
She had her own schedule, too.

Around them, the boys kept returning to Bella for milk. Katie supplied another playful bit of commentary as one appeared to interrupt his brother’s snack.
Between feeding, exploring, resting, and hopping, the triplets were keeping their mother busy.
“Bella, you about done?” Katie teased. “You’re only on day one, honey.”
The humor came with an obvious affection for the whole family. Bella had three babies to tend, and Katie seemed happy to stay nearby, watching their movements and enjoying the chance to get to know them.
The clip ended without names or any grand announcement. Instead, it offered something just as enjoyable: a little girl finding the courage to follow, two brothers discovering their bounce, and a mother providing a familiar place to return.
There would be more to learn about all three babies, including how the little girl’s ankle progressed after Katie sought veterinary advice.
For now, their first day was unfolding one small moment at a time—and Katie was exactly where she wanted to be.
Which moment was your favorite: little sister following her brother, the boys’ first hops, or her quiet cuddle in Katie’s lap?
