Bella’s Babies Found a Secret Clubhouse—and Left Katie Waiting Outside
Katie had already spent part of the day looking for Bella’s little daughter. When she finally found her, she delivered a simple request: stop hiding.
The tiny girl apparently had other plans.
Before long, she disappeared again. This time, however, she revealed something useful. Katie watched her emerge through a small opening beneath the house—and suddenly understood where Bella’s babies had been going.
Their little sister was back in view.
The boys were still underneath.

“Every year, my baby goats find new places to hide and give me a heart attack,” Katie said.
This year’s triplets had wasted very little time finding theirs.
The discovery turned a routine check into an unexpected waiting game. Katie could see where the babies had gone, but the opening was too small for her to reach through and collect them.
For the boys, it appeared to be an excellent hiding place. For Katie, it was a problem she wanted to solve before their secret retreat became a regular destination.
She called on Bella for assistance.
“Bella, go tell your boys,” she said. “Tell them to come out right now.”
Their mother did not produce the immediate response Katie was hoping for.
Meanwhile, the little girl was enjoying a very different part of the situation. With her brothers hidden away, she had Katie’s attention—and plenty of cuddles.
Katie could not resist making a playful accusation.
“Why do I feel like you were the mastermind?”
The more she looked at the tiny daughter in her arms, the more she joked that this must have been her idea. Perhaps she had discovered the opening first and shown the boys how to follow.
It was affectionate speculation, of course. Katie had seen the little girl come out, but she could not know which baby had originally found the spot.
That did not stop her from building a funny story around the triplets’ latest adventure.
Had their sister taught the boys how to get back out, too? Or had she conveniently left them behind so she could have Bella’s milk all to herself?
The little girl offered no explanation.
What she did offer was another chance to snuggle.
“We are best friends,” Katie announced, describing her as the most cuddly little thing she had ever held.
It was a sweet interruption in the middle of a frustrating search. This was the same baby who had taken her time venturing out of the stall during an earlier outing. Now she was slipping through a hidden opening and leaving Katie wondering what else the triplets might discover.
For a moment, though, she was simply a tiny goat content to be held.
Katie eventually put her down so she could investigate the hiding place more closely. She wanted to shine a light inside and see how far back the boys had gone.
There was one additional concern about looking into a dark space beneath a building.
“I’m afraid I’m gonna see a rat,” she admitted.
Fortunately for the story, the animals holding her attention were the two little boys she had seen only about half an hour earlier.
Now they were looking back at her from somewhere she could not reach.
Katie supplied their imagined response: they knew perfectly well that she could not get to them. That, she joked, was the whole point.
“Okay, boys, this isn’t funny.”
Their secret clubhouse was losing its charm for the person responsible for bringing everyone in.
Katie knew they would grow quickly. An opening they could squeeze through now might cause trouble later, and she worried about a future situation in which a bigger baby could get stuck beneath the house.
She said she would have her husband fix the gap the following day.
“This is the last day playing under there,” she told them.
That was the plan, rather than a repair completed in the video. First, she needed the boys to come back out so she could put them in their stall.
Until then, she tried recruiting help from the other goats.
Buttercup became the next candidate. Katie appealed to her experience as a mother, joking that she had raised more kids than anyone and should know how to tell these two to bring their little behinds outside.
Bella received another request to be more assertive.
Katie teased that Bella seemed satisfied to let the youngsters do their own thing as long as they returned by dark. It was her humorous interpretation of the scene while she waited for a more useful response from Mama.
The rest of the group offered plenty of distractions, but no immediate solution.
Katie’s attention shifted briefly to Blossom and her own youngster, prompting another joke about Blossom’s interest in babies. Even during a search, the surrounding goats kept giving her something to comment on.
The two boys, however, remained the unfinished business of the evening.
“I’m literally at their mercy,” Katie said.
She would have to wait for them to emerge.
By the end of the clip, their sister was enjoying Bella’s company while Katie stayed nearby. The boys had not yet been shown coming out, and the update ended with their unofficial clubhouse still occupied.
“Little hoodlums,” Katie called them affectionately.
It was an unexpected new chapter for Bella’s triplets. After their first steps outside, sleepy naps, and cuddly weigh-ins, they had discovered that the world also contained small spaces worth investigating.
Katie had discovered one more opening that needed closing.
And their little sister had somehow finished the adventure outside with Mama, leaving her brothers—and the person waiting to collect them—to sort out the rest.
Do you think Bella’s little girl discovered the clubhouse first, or were the boys the real explorers?
